- Analysing the moderating role of sociocultural context in between leadership styles and employees engagement.
Increasing business competition exerts top-down pressure on organisational executives to search for methods that could improve productivity and reduce systemic challenges. Leadership is propounded to occupy a central role in this regard. However, its effectiveness depends upon the context and technique it is applied through. The current research aimed at analysing the influence of leadership styles on employee engagement with respect to moderating effect of sociocultural contexts.
- Impact of frugal innovations on the social entrepreneurship of Multinational enterprises (MNEs) in developing countries
The current research is conducted to analyze the impact of frugal innovation on the social entrepreneurship of MNEs in developing countries. The study also aims to identify the effect of economies of scale as the mediating factor between frugal innovation and MNEs. The study is based on a primary quantitative method in which the responses of 200 participants were collected through a survey questionnaire on a 5-point Likert scale.
