Human resource management approaches in the VUCA world: In focus the workforce management challenges for non-profit organisations.
Business organisations have been facing recurrent dilemma of mitigation of workforce related challenges and improving work productivity simultaneously. While human resource management is theoretically presented as the centre piece of issues related to employee management, the field of organisational management has become replete with theoretical descriptions. However, there is a dearth of factual understanding of processes that form the edifice of efficacious HR strategies.
